This eagle was outside DiPac at about 7:30 in the morning. When I drove up, it was walking around in the grass - probably with a full belly, as tide was out. Myself and another photographer snapped away while he sat in the grass and watched us, and then, after about 5 minutes, he just layed down like this. I wanted a head on shot, so I layed down in the grass about 5 or 6 feet from him. It didnt seem to bother him at all, and when he got bored, he flew away.
